He works as a Strength and Conditioning Trainer with a wide variety of training styles but specializes in high level athletes and rehab based settings. With experience in facilitating athletic programs in high performance centres across the GTA, Anthony is a true library of knowledge and experience. He is always improving his quality of coaching by researching and learning.
By the way, don't let his 160lb physique fool you, with a Deadlift max of 475lbs, he is a force to be reckoned with!
