Amy is extremely passionate about CrossFit and about living a healthy lifestyle. From the moment she enters a gym, even after a long day, she is overcome with energy and loves inspiring her clients. There is nothing more motivating for her than seeing the expression on clients faces when they achieve something they thought they were not capable of doing.
Amy has a background playing beach volleyball, indoor soccer, and swimming. Committed to embracing fitness entirely back in 2011, she gave up smoking after ten years. Fitness then became her therapy turning to yoga, boot camps, personal training and CrossFit. Amy loves the strength portion of training and her favourite exercise is the deadlift. She is continually pursues additional certifications and education opportunities related to CrossFit and fitness to better mentor others and promote health..
